Help Our Community Childcare Facility Renovation

New Ulm placeholder

New Ulm, like many other rural communities, is facing a child care crisis.  According to a needs analysis conducted by First Children's Finance, the ISD88 school district needs 184 childcare slots for children from birth to age 5, with 36-56 of those needed for infants.

The New Ulm EDA is purchasing and renovating a building to create four spaces for childcare providers to rent.  The providers could have capacity for up to 20 infant slots, along with roughly 20 additional slots for children in other age groups.

At least $250,000 is needed to fund this project. Donations will help fund the sprinkler system, playground equipment, additional bathrooms, and other needs. Please consider making a tax deductible donation, any amount helps.

Classroom naming rights available for donations over $25,000!  Download the donation form to submit your donation!
