Ways to Pay Your Utility Bill
Utility bills are sent out each month based on your monthly meter readings.
We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill: by phone, by text, online, via mobile app, by mail and in person. We also offer the option of Automatic Bill Payment by bank account or debit/credit card. Please click on the tabs below for more details.

Dial 833-309-4326 to pay your utility bill via our automated phone system.
Payments may be made any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We accept these debit and credit cards:

Pay By Text
We offer the option to pay your utility bill by text using your smartphone.
- Dial 833-309-4326.
- Follow the step-by-step instructions on our automated system.
You will need to key in:
- Your utility account number
- Your service address number (for example, for "100 North Broadway," enter "100")
- Your payment amount (for example, for "$120.18," enter "120*18")
- Your debit or credit card number
As part of this initial set-up process, you will be authorizing payments via text, and you will then be able to pay future utility bill payments via text message.
Payments may be made any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Visit our online payment portal at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/newulmmn/utilities to make a one-time payment or set up automatic monthly payments.
