Budget Request Process and Application
- Complete an application.
- Provide verification of nonprofit status.
- Provide financial statements, including a balance sheet and income statement, for the most recently completed fiscal year.
- Provide budget for upcoming fiscal year.
- Submit application and other documents to City Administration, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, MN 56073 or email City Administration.
- City Staff will review applications and prepare the information for City Council review.
- Contributions will be approved with the Preliminary Budget at the September 16, 2025 meeting.
All applications for the 2026 budget must be submitted by June 27, 2025.
